Escape to beautiful, rural Dorset for a soul-nourishing women’s retreat tucked away in the stunning surroundings of Class Creative Art Studios, a hidden gem with amazing views across lush countryside.

This Woodland Day Retreat is designed to offer rest, reconnection, and inspiration through yoga, naturopathic nutrition, breathwork, nourishing food and heartfelt connection. Surrounded by peaceful wildflower meadows and woodland, you’ll have the space to slow down, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself.

 

Your day includes:


Soulful yoga sessions in a tranquil studio and a woodland platform
Guided breathwork to calm and reset the nervous system
Nourishing workshops focused on mindful, naturopathic nutrition
Women’s circles by the fire, log burner or firepit, weather depending
A delicious, locally sourced lunch and wholesome refreshments

Meet Clare

Hi, I’m Clare, a Naturopathic Nutritionist, and I’m so excited to be part of The Nourished Soul, a joint venture with the wonderful Gwen, where we create transformative retreats focused on connection, nutrition and yoga.

As a graduate of the College of Naturopathic Nutrition, I specialise in applying nutritional science to support women's health. I believe every woman is unique, which is why I create personalised nutrition plans that work with your body’s innate ability to heal and restore balance. During our retreats, I’ll guide you through nourishing food choices and provide tailored nutrition information that complements your yoga practice, helping you feel rejuvenated both inside and out.

Living in beautiful Dorset with my family and two dogs, I find endless inspiration in the wonders of nature, which fuel my approach to health. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me out in the fields walking the dogs or cooking for friends and family. Yoga also plays a big part in my life, helping me stay grounded and balanced.

The Nourished Soul is a space where women come together to reconnect with themselves through nourishing food, mindful movement and authentic connection. Through our retreats, I offer a holistic approach to nutrition to support you in feeling your best, both physically and emotionally.
